The journey

An evolving understanding.

Fabio’s work began in coaching and personal development, informed by a background in mechanical engineering and an earlier corporate career. That combination brought together two enduring qualities: an analytical curiosity about how things work, and a deeply human interest in how people experience change.

Over time, his work has included individuals, leaders, businesses, groups and workshops across different countries and cultures. The approaches have evolved, but the central question has remained: what allows someone to genuinely see and experience life differently?

A simpler direction

Seeing beyond the method.

During the past two to three years, Fabio has been exploring a simple understanding of how human experience is created. It has changed the way he listens, the questions he asks and what he sees as possible in a conversation.

The ideas were not immediately easy to grasp. That experience now shapes his approach: begin with what is real and recognisable in everyday life, allow understanding to unfold naturally, and give concepts a name only when that is genuinely useful.
